氣浮的分類和適用范圍

⑴分類：

①電解氣浮法：運行時借助電極解作用，在兩個電極區不斷產生氫、氧和氯氣等微氣泡，廢水中的懸浮顆粒黏附于氣泡上上浮到水面而被去除。工藝簡單，設備小，但電耗大。

②散氣氣浮法：是空氣通過微細孔擴散裝置或微孔管或葉輪后，以微小氣泡的形式分布在污水中進行氣浮處理的過程。

優點：簡單易行。

缺點：氣泡較大，氣浮效果不好。

③溶氣氣浮法：

包括加壓溶氣氣浮和溶氣真空氣浮，加壓溶氣氣浮是空氣在加壓條件下溶于水中，而在常壓下析出。（國內外較常用）

溶氣真空氣浮是空氣在常壓或加壓條件下溶于水中，在負壓條件下析出。

⑵（氣浮法）適用范圍：

①分離懸浮油和乳化油

②可代替活性污泥法的二沉池對曝氣池出流混合液進行固液分離

③可分離工業廢水中的有用物質（如紙漿）

④可分離以分子或離子狀態存在的物質（如金屬離子、表面活性物質等）

3.加壓溶氣氣浮法

⑴系統組成：包括溶氣系統、空氣釋放裝置、氣浮設備池

⑵工藝流程分類：

①全溶氣流程②部分溶氣流程③回流加壓溶氣流程

⑶溶氣方式：

水泵吸水管吸氣溶氣方式、水泵壓水管射流溶氣方式和水泵-空氣壓縮機組合溶氣方式

⑷加壓溶氣氣浮的優點：

①加壓情況下，水中空氣溶解度大，能提供足夠的溶氣量，以滿足不同的氣浮要求；

②突然減壓釋放產生的氣泡直徑小（20～100 ），粒徑均勻，微氣泡上浮穩定，對液體的擾動小，特別適用于松散絮體和細小顆粒的固液分離；

③流程簡單，維護管理方便。

⑸氣浮池形式：

①平流式氣浮池：

被處理的廢水由池一端的下部進入接觸區，微氣泡與廢水進行均勻混合，使其中的懸浮顆粒黏附于氣泡上，廢水經隔板進入氣浮分離區進行分離后，水中污染物隨氣泡一起上浮到水面上，經刮渣設備刮除。
