電解法

電解法是向污水中通入5~10V的直流電，從而產生微小氣泡，但由于電耗大電極板極易結垢，所以主要用于中小規(guī)模的工業(yè)廢水處理。

曝氣氣浮法

曝氣氣浮法又稱分散空氣法，是在氣浮池的底部設置微孔擴散板或擴散管，壓縮空氣從板面或管面以微小氣泡形式逸出于水中。也有在池底處安裝葉輪，輪軸垂直于水面，而壓縮空氣通到葉輪下方，借葉輪高速轉動時的攪拌作用，將大氣泡切割成為小氣泡。

溶氣氣浮法

溶解在水中的氣體，在水面氣壓降低時可以從水中逸出。有兩種方法：①使氣氣浮設備的空間呈為真空狀態(tài)，處在常壓下的水流進池后即釋出微氣泡，稱真空溶氣法；②空氣加壓溶入水中達到飽和，溶氣水流減壓進入氣浮池時即釋出微氣泡，稱加壓溶氣法。后者較為常用。加壓溶氣水可以是所處理水的全部或一部分，也可以是氣浮池出水的回流水，回流水量占所處理水量的百分比稱回流比，是影響氣浮效率的重要因素，須由試驗確定。加壓溶氣法的設備有加壓泵、溶氣罐和空氣壓縮機等。溶氣罐為承壓鋼筒，內部常設置導流板或放置填料。溶氣罐出水通過減壓閥或釋放器進入氣浮設備。
