◆氣浮設(shè)備產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介

氣浮裝置是在一定條件下將大量空氣溶于水中，形成溶氣水，作為工作介質(zhì)，通過(guò)釋放器驟然減壓，快速釋放，產(chǎn)生大量微細(xì)氣泡粘附于經(jīng)過(guò)混凝反應(yīng)后廢水中的“礬花”上，使絮體快速上浮，從而迅速地除去水中的污染物質(zhì)，達(dá)到凈水的目的。

◆工作原理

溶氣系統(tǒng)是整個(gè)氣浮工藝的關(guān)鍵部分，溶氣系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生微細(xì)氣泡的質(zhì)量直接影響氣浮效果。本系統(tǒng)采用的溶氣設(shè)備是溶氣筒，在2.5～4kg/cm2的壓力環(huán)境下，將空氣溶于水中。壓力水通過(guò)釋放器后，溶氣水被消能釋放，水中將釋放出多余空氣，這樣在通過(guò)液體時(shí)小氣泡自然地形成，且氣泡非常小，它的直徑在約5－20微米。我們現(xiàn)在已改進(jìn)了溶氣方式，溶氣筒直徑在150毫米至500毫米之間，空氣通過(guò)進(jìn)氣管進(jìn)入溶氣筒中的特制的空氣粉碎裝置，與回流水充分混合，溶氣筒的壓力只要控制在3.8Bar左右即可。再不需要操作人員現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)控，設(shè)備可自行平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行。

◆設(shè)備構(gòu)造

    ●氣浮系統(tǒng)集進(jìn)水、絮凝、分離、集水、出水于一體，與傳統(tǒng)氣浮設(shè)備類似，設(shè)有一個(gè)穩(wěn)流室、溶氣釋放室，使處理性能更穩(wěn)定，效果更好。

●穩(wěn)定室：通過(guò)折板反應(yīng)的原水，流速很高，若直接與溶氣水接觸，會(huì)消散微小氣泡，影響氣泡沾附絮體效果，從而降低氣浮處理效率，若增加了穩(wěn)流室，使湍流的原水動(dòng)能消耗，勻速進(jìn)入溶氣水釋放室，從而有力了去除效果。

●溶氣釋放室：溶氣釋放室與分離室于一個(gè)槽體。中間隔開(kāi)，溶氣水與絮凝完畢的原水在此粘附，緩慢上升，進(jìn)入氣浮分離室，了絮體與微小氣泡的接觸空間與時(shí)間，使溶氣水的釋放率達(dá)80-100%。（圖/文www.117319.cn)
